It also appears from the record that on June 5, 1946, plaintiff had an attorney present at her agents office to advise her concerning the closing of the transaction, who on the trial testified that he was called by plaintiff and her husband to come to the sales agents office "to help close a sale of 40 acres, being the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW 1/4 of NE 1/4) of Section Twenty-nine (29) Township Three South, Range Sixty-nine West, and * * * the girl there at Creightons [plaintiffs sales agent] office made out the deed subject to my approval."
